• Demo requests: name, company, role, work email, phone, city or site address, venue type, number of screens, preferred dates and your message.
• Contact messages: name, email, company (optional) and your message.
• Website analytics: anonymous, aggregated page views (page, referrer, country, device type). No cookies are set and no profile of you is built.

Why we use it

To arrange and run your demo, reply to your message and follow up about our product. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered by email through our email provider and stored in our sales inbox. Our hosting and analytics providers process technical data to run the site. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are in contact with you about a demo or a project, and delete them when they are no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
